I think they've stopped supporting it so you can't download it, if you want Unreal Engine you'll have to get UE 4.

To be precise, I want to extract the sound files (.uax .pk) to mp3 or mp4 or wav or anything in a format which is listenable from Splinter Cell Conviction which game is use UE 2.5. So do you say if i'll download UT 2004 game how can i do an attempt to listen the Convcition sound files?
