I know a lawyer who dealt with that. YEs they can but they wont, say you stumble on that well maybe its a bleep on radar. but if you a pedo they will come. But besides they will go after wrong and random ppl anyways be it pedos or whatever you want to bring up.

I dont fear the law anyways. I have a bigger fear of ending up tolerant of the deep web stuff.

Unless the URL of that site is disguised as something completely different, I don't see how someone can just proverbially stumble into such a site without it being an intentional act.

Omegle has random anonymous chats. Otherwise, you'll have to connect through For to find anonymous chat rooms (think there are some For IRC channels).
