Can you help me with Twitch constant buffering

I have 50mbps internet.

I watch videos at YouTube at 720p quality and no buffers that includes streaming videos too in 720p. In twitch, even 240p or even at mobile quality it is so slow! But when I watch in my mobile phone it is not even if it's 720p.

I think there's something wrong with my laptop! Windows 8.1 OS and Lenovo Z50 laptop model.

I have a similar issue with Twitch. I think it's just the service being garbage. I did find a solution which helped a bit.
