I understand your opinion though so you are not wrong.
But, but Japanese voice acting is so much better than the American versions... unless we are talking about Dragon Ball Z
That's what we think but he just isn't used to Japanese voice acting yet. Hopefully if he tries the movie out, he will see what we find so amazing about it.
I understand your concerns but we aren't really forcing him. He has chosen to go out of his own will if the petition succeeds, its kind of like a bet. He doesn't hate anime, he just hasn't gotten used to the voice acting and art style, thats the main reason to why I want him to go, so he can try give it another chance. If he doesn't like it, then that's that, I can't do anything about it.
He is ok with the movie but gets put off by the art style and voice acting.
We want him to watch it so he gives it a chance and can perhaps see what we like so much about it. He agreed out of his free will that if this petition gets 150 signatures, he'll watch it. In fact, he was the one to suggest this idea.
