I keep seeing backlash for what pewdiepie has done, but I haven't acually seen what he has done. I don't care what he's done, he's being treated to harshly. Unless he literally killed someone, this is too much backlash. I don't even like Pewdiepie, but I feel like I need to know.

Media pretty much is offended by anything that attacks their agenda and will fuel anything to get them views. They have failed this country since the wars have started. Keemstar the negative drama reporter keeps on milking it for traffic / ad profit, while ironically doing what he's calling out the media for doing.

Michael Eisner, who runs Disney is a Jew and had relatives killed in the Holocaust.... that probably didn't help his contract with them. Plus the fact that he did it 9 times and the fact that Disney cartoons back in the day had anti-semitic jokes in them which had a huge backlash, which Disney attempts to distance themselves from greatly these days due to the young audience and angry parents.

It's not quite the stupid joke you want to make to someone you are contracted under... yeah it's still just a joke, but quite bad taste.

Bottom line: Pewds did a seriously bad and edgy joke. Said sorry for it and even agreed with the drop. Some of his friends also agreed.

Media slanders it into racism, for clickbait titles and driving traffic.

Keemstar calls out with his own clickbait titles and driving traffic, slandering the media as well as Pewds friend's for not attacking the media. Tries to stir up the drama some more and prolong it for his own views.
