I'm trying to fight the Pokemon League, and I got to the champion. First he sent out Skarmory which i beat then, he was about to send out Aerodactyl. But then it kept giving me an "error has occured, hold down power" whatever. This happened several times even before the Pokemon League, I don't know what to do. I'm practically stuck in the Pokemon League

Clearly you have somehow damaged your games contacts and there is not a whole lot you can do to fix it luckily Pokemon knows how precious your in-game monsters are so there is a software where you can send those monsters to a working game.

So I should just transfer my Pokemon to Moon? But I have Pokemon on my team that I want to send but cant ;-;

Oh wait you saved before the battle and now it won't let you leave that really is a problem unfortunately there is not a whole lot of ways to fix a game cartridge other than praying that you inserted the cartridge just right so it doesn't move.

It's in correctly, but It's literally ONLY when he tries to send out Aerodactyl

I'm going to try and fail purposely by throwing Pokeballs and let my Pokemon faint. Maybe that'll work
