error 1935 when downloading microsoft visual c++ 2005

so im trying to download a game but when i try to install microsoft visual c++ 2005 i get error 1935. i have tried so much but probaly not everything. can someone pleas help me?

dude i cant tell you how many times i have googled that. the game im trying to download is not a steam game so i cant do that

Uninstall

RESTART COMPUTER

WIN+R

DELETE ALL RELATED FILES & DIRECTORIES PERTAINING TO THE microsoft visual c++ 2005 INSTALLATION

Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase
SFC.exe /scannow

RESTART COMPUTER

Now install the problematic files from SOURCE (i.e. locate the vx_redist.exe setup) and if necessary, execute with administrative privilege.

Certain keyboards & driver software allow for these keys to be disabled to prevent cacidental "tabbing out form fullscreen games etc.

instead.
