How far did you get into the episodes? I just finished the series last week.
It's one of those shows that "sneaks" up on you. I watched for the cool fighting scenes, stayed for the feels.
Still awesome altho im not done yet.
Ah, i just finshed season 2 last week, and man, i am gona miss that show. Best damn Anima ever.
The Phantom of Inferno. And if you like modern action but with old fashioned weaponry and other fantasy assets, Fate Zero -> Fate Stay Night -> Fate Unlimited Bladeworks... In this order.
Both come out of visual novels, so there is a hint of romance, if not downright plot on it. Fate is renowned for the animation and quality of visuals, as well as the strong characters. Both are high quality projects with lots of followers in the anime world.
Also, you can see FullMetalAlchemist Brotherhood. A real classic. Romance, there, is lacking, alas (except for minor hints).
Hmmm, if they actually turned that into an anime, the korean Manhwa (equivalent to manga), "Noblesse", is quite the flashy new thing.
Ill try to watch all the anime
tamayura
aria the animation
