I don't see what kind of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ point you're trying to make about forgiveness. Of course I forgive him. That doesn't mean I'm idiotic enough to believe he's a good person, or good at reporting. He's made way too many mistakes, some easy to avoid, and made way too many ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up remarks to really be trusted.
The OP is for the most part trying to stop his friend* (oh wow you spell friend like friend. I never knew) from taking in news from a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ person who is probably going to make mistakes, rather than someone like Scarce or Philip Defranco, who typically do more research into what they report on.

Because you believe he's a bad person doesnt mean others dont, right and wrong and good and bad arnt black and white and morals have lots of influences.
