Kava Kava

Anyone tried this natural health supplement? It is said to produce camling effects to reduce anxiety. Ive also read some literature stating that there are health risks involved concerning the liver.

Im just curious if many here have heard of it, or drank some. There are Kava Bars and Kava on Amazon, it seems popular, but that doesnt mean anything I guess

grandma uses it, I can't really vouch for it's effectiveness, but if you want something for anxiety and it's legal where you are, get phenibut. it works on the gaba-b receptors like alcohol, but it's a much much better effect, and you don't feel hungover, you get an afterglow instead. you'll become a social butterfly though, and feel buzzed/lightly drunk, it was made for russian cosmonauts, so you can bet on its effectiveness.

since you're in the US (according to your profile) it's a legal otc substance you can buy thru sites like liftmode (need an account to login to see phenibut on their page) swanson vitamin products, etc, you'll only find it online but it's pretty cheap, like 23.88 for 100g last me over a year... I got a tub from feb last year and still have that same one now, (but I'm not like, using it every day/every other day, maybe once a week on average) if you do get into it, be sure to read directions, and definitely don't use it every day unless you plan to buy a lifetime supply of it, because the withdrawal symptoms get compared to heroin (but it only happens if you take an excessive amount and take no breaks whatsoever, had it happen once, a lil scary but worst of it only lasts a day for me)
