If you intend to sell your game you may be required to purchase a license from unity.

I don´t want to sell game, I just want to improme my computing skills and play the created game , so free edition is enought for this, true?

it will have restrictions in place and not be as good as paid version, naturally. as far as I remember. haven't dabbled in unity.

It's free until your game makes something like $100,000 annual gross, then you need to buy the plus version, which you can use up to $200,000, then you need the pro subscription.

So, If I give games made using this engine for free, It should be ok?

Sorry I edited that to clarify. It's $100,000 annual gross for the free version. You can make and sell a game, and as long as it doesn't make $100,000 a year you don't need to do anything. If it makes over $100,000 a year you need to upgrade the subscription plan.

this is incorrect, it's not the game itself, it's whether YOU MAKE that much. (and if you're a company, whether your company makes that much) the annual gross revenue is across everything you make, if you make 100k yearly, you must buy license, , then pro license if u make 200k, etc. not just if ur game sells

Ok, but I just want to make games by myself - 1 person. I don´t plan to sell them for money. So free edition is ok then?

as long as your total annual gross revenue across all sales, services, and other means is below 100,000.

an individual (not acting on behalf of a Legal Entity) or a Sole Proprietor that has reached annual gross revenues in excess of US$100,000 from its use of the Unity Software during the most recently completed fiscal year, which does not include any income earned by that individual which is unrelated to its use of the Unity Software.

So, - I want to make some free 3D games and I don´t want to make any profit using commercials and another ways to get money. So can I go personal (I´m not company)?

Of course. That's what I have been saying. You can even sell your game if you want, and unless it makes like $100,000 you don't need to do anything. Then if it does make that much you're doing great! You can easily afford the small subscription fee for Unity Plus or Pro.
