Anything that doesn't set my GPU on fire like lava.

MSAA is usually the best. Supersampling does a better job covering up the edges then post effects like FXAA and TXAA that just fog everything up. They are a good option to have though but I know some people prefer no AA to FXAA.

I just turn it off unless I can run the game maxed, which I would then just see how far I can get from off.

I normally downsample using Nvidia DSR, it brings good AA without needing those AA options enabled.

SMAA = Sub Morphographic Anti Aliasing, MSAA = Multisample anti-aliasing,
FXAA = Fast Approximate Anti-Aliasing, MLAA = Morphological Anti-Aliasing, SSAA = Super-Sampling Anti-Aliasing, CSAA = Coverage Sampling Antialiasing, EQAA = Enhanced Quality Anti-Aliasing, TXAA = Temporal Anti-Aliasing.

From what i know EQAA is the hardest too run out of them all, except MSAA

Yeah i read way too much about antialiasings...
