Sasuke has the Rinnegan and he can just look at his enemy's eyes and put them under a genjustsu instantly, so could he do that to like Naruto and than just stab him while he's down?

No. Kurama has the ability to wake Naruto up from a genjutsu he himself is not under. Sasuke would have to find a technique that would affect both at the same time.

I also think you're overestimating Sasuke's genjutsu skills. It has been stated time and time again in the manga that he does not come even *close* to Itachi or Shisui in that department.

I think at the very end of the series he's pretty good at genjustu and couldn't he just go where Kurama is and put him under a genjustsu and then naruto?

Nowhere is it stated that Sasuke is able to enter Naruto's mind in order to place Yin Kurama under a genjutsu during their final fight, AFAIK.
