Why is Devil Survivor so underloved?
I don't get why people rave about Persona and not know of the better SMT spinoff. Blind Sony fan boys?

The Shin Megami Tensei series in general is pretty underrated, Persona just happened to get more attention. I think Persona was the most relatable out of the rest of the franchise because it deals with intetnal conflicts everyone goes through.

Or maybe because people have different preferences and Devil Survivor is niche as hell, even more so than Persona? I've played the 2009 one and hated it.

Whatever the target audience is, me and most other gamers clearly aren't a part of it.
