Best Character Customization RPG game?
I LOVE creating my own characters and making them my own, and watching them kick butt! But sometimes I feel some games I look for on Steam don't give me enough information! So I was wondering what game on Steam has excellent character customization and that you would consider a good game!

-Much thanks!

Abilities: Path of Exile
Appearance: Final Fantasy XIV
Saints Row has pretty good character customization and is open world enough you can pretty much do what you want. Skyrim and Fall Out New Vegas are pretty good too.

This isn't really an RPG, but Payday 2 has the most character customization out of any game that I've played.

I'll just list a few rpgs that look to have a good number of options. I only saw the character creation for these games on youtube so mileage may very.

Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen
Dark Souls (Series)
Dragon Age (Series)
Tyranny

Given your OP, Dragons' Dogma is the game for you. Downs first, it has a pretty weak storyline at first glance, it's not an easy play to get the whole story, and you will have to do a lot of backtracking. In fact, this is one of those Capcom games you can't enjoy unless you are really committed.

That said, you don't just make a character. You live one. You have to, because your pawn observes and tries to copy everything you do. It learns, it grows, and eventually, if trained properly, can become better at the game than you are.

People recommend Black Desert alot, for its detailed graphics and ability to create almost anyone. Its korean so if youre into that kinda kick, then cool.
