Punishment for a lost bet?

I need ideas for a punishment after my friend loses, these can be little things like drinking a bottle of Tabasco or big stuff, like having my germophobic friend go into a sewer.

Why do I suspect this is you looking for the easiest punishment to do incase your friend wins but if he loses you'll pick the worst one for him, some friend you are!

Try fancy dress, get him to dress up as Batman or Superman and run into a police station and say something like I've heard there's an emergency, I'm here to save the day! He has to do that in 10 police stations without being arrested.
