Is there any way you can get the update on a USB stick and then point the updater to it?
Im getting better with computers but Im still no expert. For example; drivers. Now video drivers for my Geforce no problem, but Im not sure where I should be looking and what I should be doing. I use System Mechanic and they say I have all the latest drivers, so does windows, but I can go on asus.com and see that there are some I should download.
Now Im not too sure where or how I should delete old drivers and install new ones, and Im not too sure how to really download and update BIOS from asus.com. Before I used asusupdate and now it is not working.
What should I do about BIOS and drivers? is there a place or program, that is safe, that I can update all drivers pain free without screwing anything up?
And what about BIOS, what should I do about that?
I might have to contact an ASUS rep.
I have no issues with performance or stability, but I want to make sure that I am getting the most out of my PC.
I just really started building ang tweaking last year, so I am still very new at this.
what do you recommend I do?
yea but it gives me a ROM file for the BIOS, not sure what to do now, I told you Im new to this.
And should I bother with drivers? Or is it really not necessary.
Thanks for the advice.
