Hi, You should have a great pc with all that you've listed! I can't see anything that would give you any compatability issues. I presume you're going to install windows 7......
I haven't decided between windows 7 or windows vista
Definitely get Windows 7, Vista shouldn't even be considered an option (you'll have a LOT of problems with it)
Alright thx guys. One more question. If I decide to get just 1TB of hard drive memory an I buy extra memory later on will it interfer with what I currently have loaded on the computer?

you can always add more HDD's if you fill up 1tb with say steam games, then you will have to redirect steam to the other hard drive, but who plays a TB worth of games at a time, you can always keep your current 10 on a drive and delete local content later on.
I have a dual boot 128gb ssd, running win7 and ubuntu 12.04, with just the 1tb hard drive for steam and storage, and I haven't had any problems.
Yeah unless your Steam library consists of 2000 games, each of which you play regularly, and you have a vast video/movie library, 1 TB is more than enough. However if you have say several seasons of TV shows, dozens of HD movies, and tons of anime, the 2TB drive would be a better choice.

Also, you may want to get faster RAM. Some games, like Crysis, are noticably faster as RAM speed increases. Plus the cost of an 1866 mhz 8gb kit is not significantly higher than that of a 1600 mhz kit.

so ur saying i should get 12 gb 1600mhz of ram?
I think you should get the Western Digital Caviar Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive from Newegg its $87
Get a Xeon E3-1230V2 (cheap trick) and invest the saved into some better SSD or GPU. Also a 750w PSU is way to much for this setup, with 400w it works already fine, get 500-600 if you're uneasy with it. RAM "speed", in every aspect, is only visible in benchmarks, except you want to oc, then it could work out to buy some qualitiy (...)
whats a good 300 dollar gpu?
A good 300 dollar GPU would be the GTX 660ti.

Why would you need a Xeon?

The "trick" he is talking about is that the CPU he mentions is basically an Ivy Bridge quadcore with HT, for some obscure reason it just costs less ... blame intel or something :)

No, get either 8 gigs (2*4) or 16 gigs (2*8) :)

PC Power and Cooling Silencer MK III 500W Modular 80PLUS Bronze Power Supply
