I hope you did some reprogramming windows 7 cause that is a huge risk when you are online.
I know how to mod and program windows 7 to make more secure, work with ryzen 5800x3d and a rtx 4070

i7-1300K doesn't exist, you're probably thinking of the 13700K, and the 970 isn't an 8GB card, it's a 4GB (3584MB+512MB and the last 512MB sucks) card

If you have a 13700K then it's completely wasted if you're still using a GTX 970, should've bought a better GPU first

If you are unaware but there are modded gpus with flashed bios and added more vram. Depends on what series it is there are ways adding more vram.
But I will say this common users do not a try to do it yourself cause it takes a IT Pro to do that stuff.

The n4000 is so weak in comparison to some processors i have a snapdragon 610 and cant even play Pokemon cards but can play monopoly....

That was older Celeron. I have it on my laptop before it went to LGA series. It was super slower and difficult to play retro games, so I updated to p4.

"good for retro games" is a diplomatic way of saying its bad
powerful cpus are also good for retro games
but it has good memory and an ssd with good size so it sounds actually good outside of games
