The rtx 3050 only has 8 express lanes. The 5600g only support pcie 3.0 so you have rtx 3050 running in 8 pcie 3.0 express lanes instead of 8 pcie 4.0 like it actually supports. The 5600x would give you pcie 4.0 support. This is twice the bandwidth of pcie 3.0
My rtx 3050 runs quite well because it's paired with my 12600k. I tried it in my 5300g computer and it's slower. It's about the same as a gtx 1070, maybe a tad better. It was still fine but definitely not as good as it is in my 12600k. The difference is noticeable.
I would expect the 5600x to be a similar uplift here being pcie 4.0 compliant.
In actual game play there is only a couple of fps difference between PCIe 3.0 & 4.0 with the 3050 so its really not a huge loss.

The Ryzen 9 5900X comes without cooler.
If you are going for R7/5800x the MB is fine.
If you are running R9/5900x the MB is OK, but could be upgraded to something with better power delivery.

That's not true. People can tell the difference.
I will agree that people's ability to perceive a difference between such refresh rates will vary, but people can tell a difference.
i think
It is about 4 ms difference, so it is not easy to noticed any difference. I said this as my experience where there is 4 ms and 8 ms on my work test equipment.
