Hey all! Wanted to share with you all the build I put together at the start of the year. Though the parts in it are not currently the top flagships, the models in question are both items that fulfilled the AMD flagship role and neither are “out of date” so I figured it was an acceptable moniker for the build. Feel free to roast me if ya want, but at least to me, its my flagship machine of the fleet (too many PC’s (halp!)).

Without further ado, the parts list and the pics!

Parts:

AMD Ryzen 3900x with (currently) Stock Prism Wraith RGB Cooler
MSI MEG x570 Unify (int. 802.11AX/2.5Gb Ethernet)
32 GB (2x16 GB) G.Skill Trident Z Neo 3600/CL16
AMD Radeon Vega 64 (Sapphire Reference Model)
Seagate FireCudda 520 PCIe 4.0 NVMe (512GB)
Mushkin Pilot Enhanced PCIe 3.0 NVMe (2TB)
2x2TB Seagate Barracudda RAID-0 (4TB)
Soundblaster Z Audio
PC Power and Cooler Silencer 1050w PSU
Thermaltake Commander C35 Case w/Tempered Side Panel
Operates with an additional 2.5TB total combined external storage (5400rpm/USB3)
External DVD when needed.

I love your setup! I'm too broke to own a pc like that. Btw, how much did it cost you? Again, I think you'r pc is amazing! How well does it perform gaming wise?

Don't worry about it. I currently have an HP Pavilion 15. It's a model 15-EC0013DX. It has a Ryzen 5 3550h, 8gb ram, 256gb ssd, and a gtx 1050. I'm saving up to build my own rig. My new rig will have a Ryzen 7 3800x, 16gb ram, 1tb m.2 nvme ssd, and an rtx 2080 super. It won't be a reality for a few months though, so I'm stuck with this budget laptop. (I'm typing this message with the very laptop I described earlier in this message.)

Thanks! I believe I've spent about $3700 on the whole setup(technically less because I've sold off other parts to re-coupe the cost of new ones), I've mainly waited for deals on the components, I got most of my components overtime, just upgrading when I saw something go on sale I wanted, I started out with a completely different build a year ago. If you buy everything brand new right now with pricing being the way it is you'd be spending about $4800 maybe a little more if you add in the custom bits I've added, like the RGB GPU bracket and so on. It's a dream when gaming. I have a 1440p 165hz IPS monitor and for the most part I get that in most games, in esports titles and less demanding games I can break 200fps on max settings. AAA titles are different, depends on optimization I can play most at max settings 100fps+ some really extreme titles like RDR2 I can get about 80 to 90fps on a mix of Ultra and high. I have been waiting for Cyberpunk 2077 to come out since the original teaser trailer back in 2013, we're only three months away and I'm really excited to play it and to see how it runs on my system.
