well i have best way to keep files i have a aancient external hdd its like a wd from 12 years ago but it had 1.3tb left with my dads old stuff too but i made a steam library 2 on it and i just install all of them on it it soomehow works fine no chop or anything i only have like 300gb left on it so 1tb games it does save all of it when reload operating system they dont quite work right out youd have to do a repair but man this junkiest external hdd works great might as well get a backup plus but any would be great if i got another 1 id get a phantom or..fantom i forget spell but itd be a 3tb 7200 for like only 100

Many people upgrading their pc ib chistmas that why they post their specs again like TIGER who upgraded few days ago. However iam wiaiting utnil they release graphics cards that will run ray tracing at max settings 1440p without DLSS to upgrade from gtx 970. I willk keep cpu ram motherboard and hdd because i upgraded them in 2017 so no need to change them so soon but i have gtx 970 since november 2014 however it still runs max settings 1440p 30+ fps. Gears 5 that iam playing now runs 49 fps average at max settings 1440p while star wars jedi fallen order that i also play runs 30-40 fps max settings 1440p but someone who saw my star wars jedi fallen order videos on youtube told me that it runs at 25 fps.

They used to, now it's 60 and above. Next generation consoles at least support 120 Hz.

as long as it dont drop under 30 fps it is ok. for 120 fps on max settings 1440p you need rtx 2080ti and even then it cant do it in all games. consoles run at low settings so if it is 120 fps it will be on low which will make games look 1000 times worse than at max settings 30 or 60 fps on pc.Even my gtx 970 can run 4k 60 fps if i put the games on low but that looks way worse than max settings 1440p30+ fps that iam currently playing. That was the reason that in 2016 i bought 1440p instead of 4k monitor to avoid ugprading gpu for as long as possible and it seems like i did the right choice.

A current average pc that costs 1050 euros(ryzen 3600 rtx 2060 super 16 gb ddr4 3200 mhz wd black 4 tb 750 watt psu x570 motherboard) is at least 5 times better than all consoles and it runs 4k max settings 40+ fps on evrything with 1000 times better graphics than consoles. Not true next gen consoles use a better cpu then what you have and it uses the same cpu I have.

I was talking about ps5 and xbox series x. Those use ryzen 2700x. Just lower clocked. New consoles will make you jaw drop.

Consoles are nothing compared to pc. All consoles play at low settings. Pc ultra/max settings looks much beter consoles will never have such amazing graphics ad pc because pc are upgraded each year with new cpu ram and graphics cards. You will never get as good graphics on consoles as on pc. Since i play max settings 1440p i already play with jaw dropping graphics. Especialy in games like Gears 5 that i finished yesterday and spyro the dragon 2 that i also finished yesterday or star wars jedi fallen order that now iam continuing playing since i stopped it play gears 5.
