Over all this is step one in my dream build, I will need to keep upgrading the gpus but my plan is to save up and water cool the entire system and use all my fans as noctua fans.

I have close to the same system and the cooling alone is well over $1500. Probably closer to $2000. It gets expensive very fast!!!! $250 just in fittings
