I was aiming for a low cost low power machine but got a little overboard. The case was something I'd always wanted and can recycle for another build. What I wanted was to use the Alder Lake Pentium G7400 but there was so little difference in pricing to the i3. Looking at reviews the 13100 is basically an 12100 with a mild overclock. To keep power consumption down I disabled 2 CPU cores through the BIOS settings.

Will get a third party CPU cooler as the box cooler is too audible for my liking and possibly get a Gold rated PSU for better power efficiency.

Hi, finally got round to planning a new rig specifically with CS in mind. Planning on all the DLCs and an awful lot of mods.

I know some will think the AIO cooler for the CPU is overkill, that's the point. It can turbo constantly at 4.4GHz and remain very cool (around 45-50C).

My i Suggest the 1650 Graphics card its low power and gives you a bit more graphic options than the core i3

Well, carl doesn't seem to need a discrete GPU for what he needs to do with his listed system. Heck, he'd even disabled two cores to cut down on power usage, a discrete GPU would add to power consumption, it's something I don't think he wants.
