2 GTX 550 Ti cost about $139.99 each at Best Buy. It performs just as good as a GTX 570 (non Ti). I don't regret getting them at all. I've had one of 2GB EVGA GTX 550 Ti's since it first came out, I then just recently bought another one like 2 months ago. I'm runnign BF3 and BO2 just fine in ultra settings. No hiccups or anything. The cards comes pre-overclocked at 972mhz each. I currently have them over clocked to just a little over 1000mhz.

Granted I picked up two GTX 550tis 2gbs for under a hundred bucks each. No matter where I look tho 550s arent even considred high end cards. They arent even considred mid range cards. Thats why I wish I actually did research before jumping the gun and buying on a whim.

They really aren't high end GPU's but it performs just as good as buying a GTX 570 (non Ti). The 550 Ti were one of the best at the time of release which was 2 years ago. My GTX 550 Ti SLI works very good. I'm currently getting 55-70 FPS on Battlefield 3 and BO2 on max settings with no hiccups.

yes, it's a mess inside and outside but this "setup" has been working just fine for last three years so i don't have a desk or chair. i use 1 meter long pillow as a desk. fits my keyboard and mousepad just fine :) .

under my right speaker is a little fridge :)
