Money and research my man, that's all I can really say. Starter look up Linus Tech Tips, JayzTwoCents, Kyle from Bitwit, & and if want to get really spicy my man you can also look up Steve from Gamers Nexus. It just takes time unfortunately, I'm fairly new to PC gaming for the past two years (I'm 25) and it was confusing just jumping in. Amazon & Newegg is a good place to start to look up parts, or PC Part Picker to see if your parts are compatible, its not perfect, but it does give you a idea what can fit.
