Nope, B450 is perfectly stable and compatible with 3000 series Ryzen CPUs, I wouldn't do anything over the 3800x personally but they work no different than on X570. Gen 4 pcie is only useful if you have one of the Gen 4 nvme SSDs if you don't it's absolutely pointless.
Then you didn't hear all the next gen gpus will have pci-e gen4 same as intel. I wouldn't say it's pointless cause no one can tell what the future holds in tech.
PCI-E is backwards compatible, so you don't NEED a board, as for bandwith of said device, how many GPUs use more than x8 lanes of 3.0? (Protip, you can count them on one hand.)
You don't need more than x16 PCI-E for ANY current GPU.

Nothing wrong with liking a brand, they're just as reliable as anyone else out there.
(Except for their headsets, those are garbage.)
And, funny enough, my Deathadder Chroma lasted me 4-5 years, it did have the middle mouse die about a year in, but I never used it, then years after that the RMB started jittering/double clicking.

Typical of Deathadders, lmao.
I don't know why Razer didn't replace the middle mouse switch with something more reliable. (Or use a 20m omron instead.)

I do like corsair and stuff but these are what was bought for me at christmas so im using them to show i appreciate it even if its not my first choice, So far its been plain sailing and im starting to like them although ive noticed minor defects, Like the page up and down buttons under the scroll wheel on the mouse wont work they dont press in for some reason.

Corsair products are fine too, but you do get the odd ♥♥♥♥♥♥ one in the batch sometimes.
I think Corsair is pretty decent, though not my first choice.

As for your mouse, if it's still under warranty you could get it replaced. Or if you're willing, take it apart, clean it or see what's causing the issue.
