the intel hd is about as good
with a unknown brand 350w psu, you can get a amd 7750 or gt 640
if you upgrade the psu to a cx430, you can get a amd 7850 or gtx 660/ti
or to a quality 600w psu, any single gpu
with $100usd to spend, a amd 7750 would be about the limit
PowerColor AX7750 1GBK3-H Radeon HD 7750 $94 shipped, and $30 rebate

Get HD 7750, make sure it's the DDR5 memory version, it's faster then DDR3.
Should get it for $100 or less.
Cant use anything bigger with your small power supply.
200 dollar range for graphics cards is where you get the best bang for your buck(value).
Additionally the HD 7770 would be a step sideays if your old card was a HD 5770 and only a very small step up if the old card was a HD 5750.
I would have advised saving more $ and not upgrading yet. You might score a HD 7790 for $99 if you were lucky but it isn't much better than a HD 5770.
Compare cards here from AMD and Nvidia. GFLOPS is a rough indication of performance.

For around the $170-$200 mark you can score a HD 7950 which would be have been a big upgrade. More than double a old HD 5700 GPU.
