Suggestions for a Bluetooth adapter for a PS3 controller

Hello H&OS.

I'm currently just using a mini-usb cable in order to use the controller on my PC, but I'm looking out to buy these bluetooth adapters for it to work wirelessly. I'm asking here because there's a whole bunch of them and I don't know about the possible compatibility issues, so I'd like some suggestions for some that are guaranteed to work, and for it to be compatible with Linux (Ubuntu) as well.
