If you are paying so much for graphics card might as well put in little more and be pretty much futureproof.

Stock cooler is pretty weak, with this you can overclock nicely. It fits with 1150 CPU's too, Intel didnt change the CPU layout going from 1155 to 1150.

I'd recommend a better PSU unless you have cheap electricity. Because many places in Europe the rates are very high and spending a extra 30~ Euro on a 80 Plus Gold PSU is worth it in the long run and will actually save money.

Ah well the point in recommending a higher price was (to me) to get 80 Plus Gold and save $ on power. Some places in Europe have very high electric rates much higher than USA or Canada.
