power switch on?
Please post again if you still have trouble...
You can "jumpstart" it to make sure you didn't just get the + and - wrong in the front button plugs.

Start the system with just the MOBO, CPU (and fan) and RAM installed. If it powers on, turn it off and keep adding parts back until it doesn't.
is this your fist costum pc?
yes i got a to turn on and works but i turned it off to connectors the fan but now it turns on then goes off

i think i connected the fans wrong i have 4 fans.

Here are links to MSI Manual for your motherboard: http://www.msi.com/product/mb/970A-G46.html#/?div=Manual
and generic MSI troubleshooter: http://us.msi.com/service/TroubleShootGuide/

How are you communicating with us, through phone or pc? Because you'll need adobe to read manual.pdf
i have the manual that came with the mobo
Manual contains directions for where to place fan connectors and cpu power connectors pages 1-24 1-25 or pg 34-35 of pdf. CPU needs 8-pin power connector. (This is hard to do when you can't see anything btw, where to start...)

Front Panel Connectors on pg 1-25 or pg 35 of pdf

i got it turn on do i put the windows 8 oem in the disk drive?
Do you have all parts installed CPU+Fan, memory, gfx card, hard drives, all connected to motherboard and power supply? Then yes you should be able to boot to BIOS,

I would first boot into BIOS, usually DEL key or F8 on startup, then enable Optimized Defaults, and save and restart, then back to bios on restart, then with Windows disc in drive there should be a Boot Priority option in the BIOS, you want the drive with the disc to boot first. From here you should be good to go.
yea all connected but something pop up called efi shell version 2.31
From searching Google says to switch SATA ports connected to hard drive. Pg 1-23 or pg 33 in pdf is the SATA connectors, you should start with SATA1.
