Razer Deathstalker Ultimate help

I just purchased a Razer deathstalker ultimate with the switchbkade ui screen and i have an issue where the 10 taclite keys are clipping onto other keys and parts of pictures on the keys are on diffrent keys. The LCD immages are chopped up and appear on multiple keys. The large screen also has the same problem except the image looks like one of those games where u unscramble the picture.

I called the razer support line and they were no help at all. Also the keybord is not broken at all, it works fine on my laptop but i need it to work on my desktop which is where it is having the issues.

I have tryed everything i can think of to try and fix this problem and google has nothing on any problems like the one i am having.

Any help or suggestions would help because I have ran out of ideas to fix this thing and i would hate to have to send this thing back.

Did you ever get it working? I'm having this problem now, and your post is the only mention I have found so far.

No, I ended up sending it back to amazon and got a refund. I couldnt find a single fix for it anywhere. I think it had somthing to do with my motherboard, thats just my guess.
