Thing is, using GFE for a laptop like that wont do you any good.
The reality is, you'll just have to deal with what you have until you are able to get a better laptop/desktop.
What model/brand laptop do you have?
I set all on low - 20fps , then all on ultra hight - same.
I think my laptop is using integrated graphic card instead nVidia ... and dont know how to set to nVidia...
You're basically in the same boat as this guy...

While your laptop is a tad bit better, still not good enough for higher-end visual games that require a much better CPU/GPU.
And you would be right, at least in the case of this laptop model.
Asus N50VN uses the Intel PM45 Chipset, which does not have any Intel GPU. So the laptop simply have an NVIDIA 9650M GT 1GB dedicated GPU. And was released around 2009.
Overall 20FPS is about right for such an old system spec'd setup. You can't expect to play newer AAA titles on it @ 30+ FPS. And even then it still depends on the game requirements. While u may meet the requirements of certain games, they may run slow due those laptop model parts not being equal to similar models of desktop parts.
