Report a translation problem
If a game does not support it you can try using a program called Actual Multiple Monitors:
http://www.actualtools.com/multiplemonitors/
Using this program pressing Ctrl+Alt+Shift+I forces the currently active window to ignore the loss of input focus allowing you to use your second monitor without your fullscreen program minimizing
I'm going to try this out.....been using display fusion because of the nvidia surround support that it has.....but i like the idea of the minimizing......

Windowed solution is then best alternative.
Both are 1440x900 and 19" lol
different monitors though. One has VGA AND DVI, the other just has VGA
