Cooler Master Storm Enforcer- front USB problems

I recently bought the case. It looks awesome and it all seems to be working fine, apart from the 2 front USB 2.0 ports. the USB 3.0 ports are working fine, and the USB 2.0 ports on the back work. Anyone have this case have a similar issue?

After looking inside the case it looks like the wires and fittings are tucked away so i can't check if something's loose :(

Try making sure the usb wires are plugged in correctly in the mobo

some cm caes were shipped with bad wiring to the front ports (usb, audio, power/reset buttons, power/hdd leds)

contact them and see if you can get a new io wires for it (if its under warranty)

or just order them
