The only problem really is the PSU with it being only 300w listed on the specs.
The best you'd be able to however is only likely to be a HD6670, without upgraping your PSU and in turn changing your case.
i think you use the integrated graphic card from motherboard.
generally you can upgrade your pc with a graphic card but you need a new power supply certainly
corsair cx430 can run upto a 150w gpu in most systems
its sometimes on sale for $40/20ar
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139026
right now the modular cx430m is cheaper $42.50/22.50ar

Are there any 500-550 watt ones you recommend?
Also is it ok to have a more wattage than needed?
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182199 $64/54ar
its an older (internal) design but still good
or
XFX 550W PRO550W $56

imho, the cx430 is more than enough for the oem build
i have one with a 95w amd setup and 2x hdd, odd, and gts250 (145w gpu)
and it works great
yes itll fit in the case
upgrading both the gpu and psu would be best
a decent gpu would need more than teh 300w psu, and the 9100gt is a very old card
But if I do get it, Will it fit into the case? If I get this power supply, what Graphics Card do you recommend that is good for gaming? What is the best GPU I could probably get? I just realized something.....Should I upgrade the GPU or the Graphics card? Im a noob at this stuff so is there even a difference? Which one should I be upgrading?
m2n (am2+) board with amd aii 620 (quad 2.6)
but that depends on the games
a cpu bottleneck is fine, when you upgrade the rest, you can keep the psu and gpu for that build
since the cpu upgrade would be a waste when you upgrade the board later

then save up about $400-600 for another build
you can resue the hdd, odd from the hp in the new build
ex. for $520
