In Need of a new good, quality Mouse.

Hi, After my previous thread about a new computer, it has gone well and it's coming ina few days, But It's not coming with a mouse. I already have a decent keyboard so I was wondering if you guys could help me find a good mouse. What I don't want is:

* Ugly Mice with ugly, Buggy software and drivers
* A mouse that will be laggy or jumpy or skippy

I;m immensely pleased with my Logitek G500. Great little mouse and easy to customize.

Cyborg RAT 7 is great mouse and strong with rudder and steel. I have no lag so far since my two years of using.

i had a rat once, the side buttons are made really cheeply

Try Mionix Naos 3200 if you'd like an optical or Naos 5000 if you prefer laser.

No jitter, no prediction, 0 acceleration; One of the best sensors on the market today. I love mine and I've gone through about 20 mice in 2 years. This is the first mouse I am actually completely satisfied with. I use it with a PureTrak Talent and I couldn't be more happy with it.

The G400 is a fine mouse but the scroll wheel is freaking awful and they haven't even fixed it in the second revision.

Roccat Savu is a good mouse as well if you feel comfortable with the shape. It also has some quality control issues I believe since I had to exchange mine twice due to the glides being in awful condition.

I have a feeling the Zowie EC2 eVo uses the same sensor as the Deathadder 2013, although doesn't require any additional software.

Sorry to disappoint you but to me personal I don't think it is true about side buttons. You might have oldest version of those or something.

It was a MMO 7, and one of the top two thumb buttons broke off, took it apart and its just a long thin plastic pice that actuates the button, the plastic pice broke right on the actuator.

Dont get me wrong they look fantastic and preform really well, and i'd buy another for the outragous price they want. If, they would fix the button thing and just have the actuator right behind where the button is like on the corsair m95.

Oh okay. Thought you talk about RAT 7 or something. All of gaming mouse do broke if improper care with mouse.

right now i am using a raze naga hex LOL edition and it is amazing, i have no proplems with it.
