coolermaster evo 212, fo only around 20 dollars some of the best cpu cooling ive had, temp never goes over 60c, im running a 15 3570k
Maybe a Corsair H80/H100/H100i but shobhit550 probably has the best recommendation. Just something to add on to the list
On the AMD FX, stock cooler. I'm running that. It gets the job done and preserves the warranty.

Edit: scratch out the cryo-cooler idea for now. I can't find anything at a reasonable price. I could buy a refrigerator and have someone build a custom liquid gas loop for less than I've seen CPU cryo advertised for.

Anyways to me it isn't worth the $20+ to replace what I've already got working. When it wears out from old age then I will have to get a new one.

2nd on the 212+/evo
they can keep a 140w cpu cool
or allow a good overclock on a 80-125w cpu
or a massiv overclock on 60w cpus
well i have a coolermaster hyper 212 plus right now with this cpu http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103961
should i upgrade to the evo it is the upgraded version of my 212 plus? is it alot better at cooling?

what about the noctua nh-d14?

yes on Noctua, I only use Noctua, cost more but your getting the best, I have their cpu cooler and 5 of their case fans. my systems is cool and very quiet.
I use this cooler but the one you picked is very good.

it works good for me because I have a sabertooth x58 and the northbridge can get a little hot and since the one I use is a downdraft it blows air across my northbridge and keeps it at 42c idle and 58c full load.
oh ok the one i leaked u is suppost to be the best of the best and one of the bset air cooled cpu coolers i heard alot about noctua alot of great things and i think the one i choose will be good to et and im glad u have something good to say about it and there fans
For less than the cost of a cryo-cooler you could buy a really good freezer and put your computer inside. :)
lol
lol whats a cryo cooler?

idk man im really interested in the noctua nh-d14 cpu cooler the fan cooler might be ugly its ok but if the colors were different i would love it even more

yes the Noctua model you linked is the best,
ok cool i geuss ill save up for the cpu and the cooler thnks :)
Cryo cooler is like a refrigeration plate. Or more acturately a freezing plate. I think they use either compressed gas like a fridge/freezer or just freezing air or "phase change".

Personally I'd go for a "updraft" cooler because that's what all the stock coolers are.

Meaning it should blow the air upwards from the CPU if the motherboard is lying flat. Definetly don't go for a "downdraft" one if anyone is even stupid enough to make one that blows the air back down onto the motherboard. The one going to the side is probably pretty good as well but it doesn't help take hot air away from the motherboard like a updraft cooler would. If you have a case fan that will cool your motherboard that is probably fine.
