Cyberlink PowerDVD smoothness playback on Blu-ray discs?

I've seen the option to play back DVD movies at smoother frame rates as if they are playing on a 120 Hz HDTV. There is an option for it on Cyberlink PowerDVD 10 and HP Mediasmart DVD. I'm wondering if there is an option for this for Blu-ray discs if I upgrade to the latest version of Cyberlink PowerDVD. Is this possible?

blurays are only encoded at 60hz
so 120hz monitor will not make any diff, unless the player software or tv create the missing frames

some 120hz tvs have softwre to create missing frames, but if the pc is outputing 120hz, youll need software to do that, since the tv is getting and displaying the 120hz the pc is giving it

My monitor is 60 Hz and old DVDs are playing at the accelerated frame rates when the disc is played on my PC. What kind of software is needed to achieve the same effect on Blu-ray discs?
