staying in the 30'sc is pretty good, what cooler do you have?
and board?
Anything below 80c is Good for a CPU 100% Usage temp.
No offence, But that's really weak.... My 3570k can run for days straight in the 97-101c Range. (Not reccomending it, but it wont kill anything.)
max is 72c or amd pii/fx cpus
intels can run hotter, 100c max
and zalman coolers are more show than preformance
o well if thats ok then ill stop worrying about it lol.. what should i use then instead of zalman?
That would be either Thermaltake or Coolmaster (sometime their fan aren't good and is high noise) Also XIGMATEK are good too. I have those on my Thermaltake Contac 30, it work pretty good.
More detail?
Better. They do make case fan and heatsink. It is good heatsink and I like them. I only tryout XIGMATEK when they have PWM in high CFM. It work out well.
His cooler is doing a good job so stop trying to say otherwise guys, theres nothing wrong with his setup.
If you make him get a new cooler because the one he has is supposedly for "Show" then he runs the risk of screwing up the balance that he has.
Your temps are fine OP dont let them tell you any different.
