also what cpu cooler do you have?
if its the stock cooler dont overclock it
you need to use +/- to adjust the cpu ratio
i wouldnt go much beyond 4ghz on that board without vrm cooling, its a msi 4+2 phase, not good for much over 100w

Turn the computer off. Press the OC GENIE button (it will stay 'in'). Turn on the computer. It really is that simple. You can watch they 'do' that in the video as well.
The '+' and '-' buttons are referred to as "direct OC". They will actually adjust your base clock while your computer is running.
