AMD Vision Engine Control Center not working!!

I have looked through this problem over the internet, and tried a few solutions and none of them worked. I have tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them, repairing .NET 4 installation. None of those work. I was wondering if anyone can help me here in these forums!

Everytime I click the application the little blue circle above the mouse rotates and flashes a coupple of times then nothing happens/loads. Running it in administrator didn't work. I checked msconfig just incase of it was disabled, but it wasn't.

If this helps here is what I have:
Ati Radeon HD 5570 1G
AMD Phenom II x4 830 @2.8Ghz
Windows 7 64bit Service Pack 1 installed

(This is a prebuilt system)

Thank you for the reply. How long does it take for the uninstall-utility to finish the process?

Edit: I tried the Un-install utility and it kept on saying In progress for a while and I was not able to view it in a window. So I closed it and re-booted and redownloaded lastest driver and still problem exists.

It's done when it asks you to reboot your system. Try uninstalling .net4 as well - They are included in the AMD installer and also available from Microsoft.

I finally did what you wrote to (because I had free time) and it worked! I would like to thank you for your help sir!

When you want to uninstall Microsoft .net 4, do you then just enter the control panel, and remove it from your computer?

That should do the trick if you need to uninstall it
