Odd PC problems
My PC is showing really quite strange symptoms, and I'm not entirely sure what these symptoms point to. Here's a list:

If I put the PC to "sleep" or "hibernate", the PC will NOT wake up. I have to reboot the entire system.

Sometimes, more frequently now than ever, I'll awake to find my PC off (I leave it on every night), and it will not turn on unless I turn off the power supply for at least 15 minutes. Any sooner, and the light on my mouse will light up, but the PC will not boot. (This is especially odd, as my mouse is connected to my keyboard, which shows no functionality before the 15 minute mark.)

Occasionally, instead of my PC being off, I'll awake to find the graphics driver has crashed, and I need to reboot. Usually, this leads to the PC not booting, and I need to do the 15 minute Power Supply cycle again.

I'm thinking it's a power supply issue; my main concern is if this can cause other hardware failures.

Any and all help is appreciated.

PC Specs:

AMD FX 8350 8 core 4.0GHz
XFX HD 7850 DD
Hec Zephyr 750W
8GB Ram @~1600
Windows 8 64 bit

I would think it is some type of power problem. Possibly leaking capacitors on Motherboard or flaky PSU.

the psu should be good, how old is it?

try updating the drivers and bios for it

I'm gonna be honest, even though I built my PC, I've never downloaded a BIOS update. Which driver would I even download?

And another BIOS newb question, should I get the Instant Flash or WIndows version of the BIOS update?
