sound keeps fading in and out
This is a very strange problem, whenever I play video or music through media player or chrome the audio fades in and out repeatedly. This problem is not present in games however, game audio is perfect. Im using HDMI and earphones arent affected by this problem so Im thinking maybe a bad HDMI cable but as I said games work fine and so does netflix on the ps3.



i checked the channels and its in 2 stereo.

My audio drivers are apparently A-OK too.

Anyone help?

uninstall and reinstall media player...maybe its not feeling well anymore...lol

I fixed this same issue a few weeks ago by reinstalling adobe flash player. don't know why it corrected the issue as I thought windows media player did not rely on adobe flash player. I could be wrong though.

audio ducking is disabled, no I dont have skype , i did a reinstall of flash player nothing happened

Internet Explorer doesn't seem to have this problem hmmm
