Microsoft vc redist package

Hi, I installed some games on my new pc with win8. When I try to run Homefront I always got the message about new installation of the vc redist package. Now it seems I have the same problem with MW3. It's annoyng as it happen each time.... Any help to avoid this installation again and again?
