Different between JBOD and RAID 0 ?
Can someone explain to me the different between JBOD and RAID 0? I'm looking at the following Dual-HD enclosures and can't understand the difference between the models (besides USB connectivity). When I plug in the single USB I want to see each of the two HDs as an independent drive.

JBOD:

That is what you're looking for.

RAID0:

That allows you to combine the capacity of two drives into one large volume.

RAID 0 are not recommend, nor JBOD. If one of your hard drive is fail, you loss all of data. For JBOD, there is chance that will fail and loss some data. RAID1 and RAID 10 are recommend.
