This are my CPU specs. Thanks for the reply. My computer is about a year old now. Could it be a harddisk problem? Because my 1TB harddisk is left with around 200 gb of space.
if its a tv, the gpu could be doing scaling to limit the overscan so you can see the entire screen which would use some of the gpu
Try to limit whats running so you can try to troubleshoot if a program itself is the cause of it.
You can check if theres any BIOS updates you're capable of getting for the motherboard, while a good idea though most likely has nothing to do with the GPU issue.
Do you possibly have another monitor that you can test to see if your current 1 is indeed the issue?
Just because you have the same components as your friend doesnt mean your PCs are going to be equal in performance, alot of variables can make a difference.
1333 cl9 ram could be slowing your system down, vs the other system if it has 1866 cl8 or faster ram
