Can I run games such as Black ops 2 with the highest graphics?

I am getting a new desktop for christmas and these are the specs:
Processor: Intel core i5-3330 3.00GHz
Memory: 8GB (2X4GB) DDR3
Graphics: AMD HD6670 2GB GDDR3
Operating system: Windows 8 64-bit

Will I be able to play a lot of games with the highest graphics?

not many cause most games now run on 3.00GHZ or higher but the graphics card is alright but you should be able to run most the new games on low to maybe medium settings depending on the game

Good CPU, RAM is decent.. GPU is on the Midlow range.. Med/High depending on the game and your monitor.

Run all the highest settings - then no - but it depends on the monitor size and resolution you are using

Games are very very GPU intensive, an example:

For a 19 inch monitor at 1080p your current GPU will run at max and the CPU will be below 50% utilization

Depending on your budget (if you have one) then I would look to an Nvidia 660ti as a low option (or the AMD Equivalent)

Swap the Radeon HD 6670 for a 7950. The 6670 may not run Crysis 3 well on even low settings.

It's very expensive! =) I say get HD 7850, GTX 660 or higher

It is not easy getting the highest settings unless you really want to spend some money if you have a nice monitor. I have a 23in and at high, not ultra on bf3 for example I get about 70 fps and thats with a i7 3770k and a 4gb gtx 680. My advice is stay with a smaller monitor or away from 1080p in games and then you will be fine.

ttoX- don't forget that setting V sync to on, restricts you to 60FPS (your eyes are no better that that my friend) This will allow more GPU cycles to increase your average FPS

Also it stops "tearing"

Also going for a topend GPU may require a replacement PSU to provide the required power
