GTX 650 Ti, is it good?

I build my gaming pc, but now i just need the video card, is the gtx 650ti good enough for 720p gaming at meduim-high settings? (i saw some bencharmks of bf3 at ultra at 1080p with about 32 fps) now my question is based on this, will I be able to play at least games from 2 years from now on low-medium at 720p? I dont mind playing on lowest settings as long as the resolution stays 720p! thanks!

well i want it to at least run any game at 720p on low, as i said before im not a guy of OMG 1080p ULTRA OR GTFO, no, right now I have a 5650 1gb and im tired of playing my games on 800x600 and 1024x600. I want the gtx 650 to be able to run all games from here to 2 years at least in low. xD

also is it worth jumping to the 7850 or should i stay with 650ti since its newer technology?

The 7850 is a more powerfull card "Benckmarks"[www.anandtech.com], 10 to 20 fps more in most games it's also better at DX11 Tessellation and other DX11 FX, you can get one for £120 in the UK which is a bargin for price/performance.
