Problem getting some games to play on HDMI Connected TV Monitor
I drooped my laptop and cracked the screen really bad. i have maybe 2% visibility in the top left corner of laptop screen. Though i learned to cope with this problem by using my TV as a monitor with a hdmi cable connection.

Unfortunately my TV loses visuals with my computer when i start up some games .

So far I've noticed this problem with Portal 2 and CS:GO
I know that TF2, Don't Starve, GTA IV, and HL1 all work with out a problem.

Is there any settings that i can change out of game on steam or on my laptop that will solve this promblem?

Video-Card = nvidia geforce 9600m gs
TV = sceptre x322bv-hd

Make sure you set your TV as the primary monitor in Windows. You could also make sure your refresh rate is set at 60Hz in the nvidia settings.

I had a similar problem with my TV on some games, it turned out to be the HDMI cable. I used another one and there was no problem.
